Mary Birdsong is best known as Deputy Cherisha Kimball on "Reno 911," but she has also graced Comedy Central's screen with her work on "The Daily Show with Jon Stewart," Lewis Black's "The Root Of All Evil," and "Crossballs."

Mary created a slew of original characters in the NBC sketch comedy cult hit (meaning: "also never aired") "Live On Tape," and wrote a series of one-acts for her alter-ego: 1940s B-movie star Janet Lami, who appeared on something the kids are calling "television" on NBC's "Late Friday."
In film, she recently appeared opposite Patrick Dempsey in "Made of Honor," and she had a part in "Adventureland." Other film roles include Deputy Kimball in "Reno 911: Miami," & Rhonda in "Beer League." Mary sings in the rock bands 99 Cent Whore and Cottonhead.
On Broadway, Mary won a Theatre World Award in 2007 for her debut in the musical "Martin Short: Fame Becomes Me!," and also appeared as Velma Von Tussle in "Hairspray." In 2008, Mary starred in the cult-favorite "Broadway Bares" at Roseland in NYC. Off-Broadway, she created the role of Vixen Fox in Elaine May's "Adult Entertainment."
