He has been doing stand-up and sketch comedy in New York since 2004 but began his career in Boston while attending Berklee College of Music.

Eric was a finalist in NBC's 2007 Stand-Up for Diversity showcase. He also performed at last year's US Comedy Arts Festival in Aspen, and is one of the featured comedians on the second season of Comedy Central's Live at Gotham. He will be touring colleges this fall as part of NBC's Stand-Up for Diversity Tour.
